  • ( 1 Cor 1 )- God vs man’s wisdom; ( 1 Cor 1:7 )- gifts will cease when Jesus returns; ( 1 Cor 1:30 ) Of God, in Christ MADE wisdom, righteousness, sanctification, redemption ( 1 Cor 2 )- Things of God spiritually discerned; ( 1 Cor 2:11-12 )- we have Spirit of God, things of believers are in spirit freely given to us; ( 1 Cor 3 )- Carnal, babes in Christ; ( 1 Cor 4 )- Different Christ like lifestyle; ( 1 Cor 4:9-13 )- Apostles have it ruff, to win souls over it seems )- ( Cor 4:15 )- Paul is their spiritual father; ( 1 Cor 4:19-20 )- You will know people not by puffed up words, because kingdom of God is not word, but power; ( 1 Cor 5 )- Judge believers in sin; ( 1 Cor 1:1-5 ) this is church discipline like in ( Matt 18:17-20 ), which would be last step correction. Spirit may be saved is your spirit is saved ( Rom 8:16 ). In the day of the Lord is like ( Matt 24:13 ) endure to the end is talking apostasy, and if leave faith, never saved ( 1 Jn 2:19 ). If this guy was saved or not already, he did repent ( 2 Cor 2:5-7 ). ( 1 Cor 6 )- Lawsuits among believers; ( 1 Cor 6:9-11 )- is referringto believers operating in this behavior will not experience, possess ( inherit ) the benefits that God has here on earth.( 1 Cor 6:12 )- As a believer you have free will, but doesn't mean some things are good for you, so with your decisions and imperfection, it's a good rule to not be brought into bondage of anything. ( 1 Cor 6:17 )- Our spirit, is joined together with the Holy Spirit; ( 1 Cor 6:19-20 )- Your body is the temple of God, not yours it was bought, with a price, Jesus; ( 1 Cor 7 )- Marriage, and slavery; ( 1 Cor 7:24-28)- is referring to virgins considering marriage it will be a distraction more than a blessing ( 1 Cor 8 )- Food sacrificed to idols; ( 1 Cor 8:5-6 )- God means Creator, so yes there is one God, but three person's ( 1 Jn 5:7 ). One Lord as well that means power authority master ruler, again in three person's .( 1 Cor 9 )- Money from preaching gospel; ( 1 Cor 9-1-18 )- see my Believers, and money page; ( 1 Cor 9:9 )- God will take care financially of those who preach gospel; ( 1 Cor 9:11 )- you don’t sow spiritual, and reap carnal; ( 1 Cor 9:14 )- They that preach, make a financial living off preaching; ( 1 Cor 9:24-27 )- fight as a boxer, to win, and keep your body in check; ( 1 Cor 10 )- Old testament, written for examples; ( 1 Cor 10:13 )- No temptation is above what man can’t escape, in other words the devil can’t make you do nothing; ( 1 Cor 11 )- Sign of authority, and communion; ( 1 Cor 11:3 )- 1. God is a God of order ( 1 Cor 14:40 ). Chris head of man, man head of woman spirtual order. God head of Christ, Godhead ministry order, as Jesus became man also. “God term”, Paul used God as Creator , just stating the Father's title name instead of Father.( 1 Cor 11:1-20 )-is referring to women not covered as a sign of disrepect towards them ( Deut 21:11-13 ). ( 1 Cor 11:18-34 )- communion, see my grace ( Christ in you ) page for more, but v28 EXAMINE yourself is referring to make sure your taking communion for it's purpose, not other reasons ( v 21-22. ( 1 Cor 11:29 )- UNWORTHILY is referring to taking communion incorrectly v34. ( 1 Cor 12 )- Spiritual gifts, see my grace ( Christ in you ) page for more; ( 1 Cor 13 )- Love, motive; 1 Cor 13:8- “shall vanish” is when Jesus returns again;( 1 Cor 14 )- Speaking in tongues vs prophecy; ( 1 Cor 14:34-35 )- these verses prove that woman keeping silent is referring to ( marriage submission ), not woman can't be teachers same as in ( 1 Tim 2:11-14 )( 1 Cor 15 )- Christ raised from dead; ( 1 Cor 15:27-28 )- Jesus being God in nature humbled himself to limited flesh, while Father was in heaven still Spirit only ( Phillip 2:5-7 ).( 1 Cor 15:31 )- Paul is referring to him being as risk of physical death daily; ( 1 Cor 15:33 )- bad company corrupts good; ( 1 Cor 15:34 )- awake to righteousness, and sin not; ( 1 Cor 15:56-58 )- v56 Law, flesh, strengthen sin; v57 Thank God, because he has GIVEN us victory on the inside; v58 Because you already have victory, remain steadfast! ( 1 Cor 16 )- Give to struggling churches; ( 1 Cor 16:1-2;6 )- see my Believers, and money page;
