Ordination class
Get ordained through DeAndre Ivory ministries. ( Titus 1:5 ) talks about ordaining elders in every city. Ordination is for 5 fold ministry in ( Eph 4:11-13 ), but also used as a opportunity to train, educate, and equip believers for the ministry.
How will this take? I would give yourself 2 years. Treat it like going to online, or onsite Bible school.
