Lam )- ” Author Jeremiah “-  Point of book- To show to disobey God is a disaster; highlights- ( Lam 1 )- Jeremiah mourns for Jerusalem; ( Lam 2 )- God’s anger at sin; ( Lam 3 )- Hope in midst of affliction; ( Lam 3:22-23 )- Lord’s mercies, compassion’s, renewed every mourning; ( Lam 3:40 )- we have searched our ways, and turned again to the Lord; ( Lam 4 )- God’s anger satisfied; ( Lam 5 )- Jeremiah pleads for restoration;
